    • Learnt new skills as in Underground trained and delevoped in my cal role and understand the network better.

    • I enjoyed it as it was fun learning new skills and also delevoping them along the way.

    • Very organised you knew what days you was doing the NVQ and the assessor was always available.

    • Lots of support from the training teams and other colleagues.

    • Lots of support due as they are always available.

    • Yes as it makes you understand the role better and also what is expected.

    • You get all the support you need and people are friendly. And everyone is willing to help. The managers are approachable.

    • Good customer service skills, friendly and be professional
