Yes i have developed lots of new skills and got a general knowledge of all trades.
I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot and look forward to qualifying.
Throughout my apprenticeship I believe that it hasn’t been planned very well and lots of decisions seem to be made by office staff who don’t know what our job is about.
My LDM is brilliant and is always happy to help.
I haven’t had any real exams or assessments yet but whenever I need to ask a question there is always someone willing to help
I believe the training that we get as apprentices is the best for our role.
Unfortunately not.
Yes
I would recommend them because they have very good training and will always help you if you need extra training or time to go over things.
