Talking to customers and providing them with a good customer experience with the company. Using th computer software in order to process and amend customer accounts.
Developed skills such as team working and self sufficiency and developed my customer service skills while working in this role
I really enjoy the programme as it is different every day and the support is fantastic
It is really well organised and we have schedules which are there for us to follow.
The support from the employer is really good and there is always support available even if your own manager is busy someone is always more than willing to help you
The support is fine. Could do with a bit more clarification on the work and structure of the programme from seetec.
It gives you time to reflect on your role which is good.
yeah there are lots of activities such as five aside football, charity fotoball mtaches etc.

The support and role is fantastic. Really enjoyable and it is different every day.
Definitely just be yourself when applying for the role and doing the role as well as the whole role is about having natural conversations
