analysing, loading and transforming data into our internal testing platform. I also debug bugs and communicate with my team in the daily sprints.
I have learnt how to code on python, sql and I have learnt how to communicate effectively via email and presentations.
I am really enjoying it currently, however I would love the opportunity to experience a different team.
it is quite organised / structured I know how to raise concerns to - however the rotations could be slighly more organised as I found myself reaching out to teams to secure a placement.
I recieve allot of support from my internal team
The BPP university provider has been very helpful espeically during the lockdown period. I was granded an extension due to ramadan and stress near deadlines which was really helpful.
The subjects and topics I have been learning are closely related to my role - for example I am currently studying Agile development which is very useful as I am working in an agile SCRUM team.
I believe there is a lack of extra curricular activities - I would love to join a girls football team however I do not think there is a huge push for this
Yes
I think its a great company with great core value! they encourage diversity and difference and I believe its a friendly environment to work in.
Research the team you want to go into and understand the core values,
