My role involves learning the skills and knowledge of my trade and completing a behaviours curriculum
Yes I have developed my skills massively but completing practical tasks in the workshop
I really enjoy the programme as I feel that I develop myself every day
Very well structured even through lockdowns we still had a structured timetable to keep us on track with the aprrenticeship scheme
A lot of support as they have a lot of facilities to help with wellbeing and helping in your job role aswel
A lot as I am currently full time in college I have tutors that a all around me to help aid with the knowledge and the skills aspect of my job
Massively as I am gaining qualifications in the trade that I will eventually be doing which is electrical work
Yes there are a variety of extra activities to be involved in and it is a voluntary basis meaning if you do not feel comfortable you are not forced to do it
Yes
They are a great business that care a lot for their employees and it is also a business that has a lot of paths to develop your career
To be enthusiastic and to show willingness as they prefer people who are willing to try their hardest on everything they do and are good in working in teams
