My role is to learn how to be an electrician, I go into collage four days a week and complete a course.
Yes, I previously did not know anything about how to be an electrician, I have gained a lot of skills in order for me to become a qualified and skilled electrician.
I really enjoy my programme, I am always interested in the classroom about what I am learning about and I enjoy the practical work that I partake in the workshop.
There is always a good structure to my programme due to the collage tutors being very knowledgable and helpful.
We receive an adequate amount of support from our employer, we can contact and arrange to see our collage liaison at anytime and Emily is very helpful if you’re in need of aid.
My training providers give lots of support, if I ever do not understand a situation or problem I can ask them to explain it to me again and they are happy to go over the subject again until I have a better understanding.
My learning from my training provider is teaching me relevant skills that I will need further into my apprenticeship as well as afterwards, they are helping me become a skilled electrician and I see improvement in my work regularly.
I do not believe we have been offered any extra-cuticular activities as of yet.
Yes

Ensure that everything you are taught is taken on board, ensure that practical work is understood and completed to your brightest standard.
