  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well structured however I personally feel it could have been organised slightly better in some areas. The general work day to day is fairly organised just complications with information coming from line managers about topics such as pay and holidays. I feel these problems we have could be dealt with better

  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • BAE Systems is a successful global business with so many new and exciting opportunities on offer for their employees. Being a part of a work community and working to build nuclear deterrents for the country is also something to be proud of therefore I believe BAE Systems is a great company to be a part of

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • For other people applying to be a part of BAE systems I would tell them to be themselves and take every opportunity they get to ensure they take the most out of their time working for such a successful business. I would also recommend going to an individual of a higher position if there’s any issues as line managers aren’t always reliable
