  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • For my first year in college it has been alright. I have learnt basics of CAD which is relevant to the job but I feel that some more job specific opportunities would be better. I feel like I will enjoy it when I’m in the offices though.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Given it is the first year I am currently unsure how it will apply. I can see the positives but I also think some of the subjects aren’t relevant and could be replaced with other more important subjects.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I’m too sure, we haven’t done anything yet but we are only in our first year.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • I would advise that they take their interview seriously because it is a good workspace so it they should make sure they try their best.
