My role involves gaining knowledge and experience multiple subjects within college, to enable me to progress to a higher education level in engineering.
Yes, I have learnt many skills that can be used to progress further down the line in the company. Also, personal skills to be used outside the business.
I enjoy my programme very much so. Everyone i’ve met have been extremely helpful and never thought I would be so involved in something I enjoy.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] some lessons were not allocated a tutor and we have had to do all the work in half the amount of time. I feel that we get lots of help and we are reminded of it everyday.
The college does not provide the right amount of help due to the lack of proper tutor allocation.
