Service Delivery - Fibre To The Premises I install fibre broadband into customers properties. Fitting cables OH or UG. Liaising with customers where they would like their router installed.
Having never done a job like this before so everything I have learnt has become a new skill. So its been a great experience so far.
So far I am really enjoying it, same as previous answer everything is which has been great to learn new skills and solve problems to get a positive outcome.
Organisation has been great, we know where we need to be and when and what we need to be doing with set deadlines.
The support is always there, no matter what the issue is there is always someone about who can help or lead you in the right direction.
So far it has been great, he (PK) is only an e-mail away and you get a quick response with an answer to your query.
We have only had out induction session so far, but I'm feeling more confident that it is up and running.
Not that I'm currently aware of, but that has been down to me as I haven't gone looking for anything yet.
Yes
I have been here for 5 months and it is already the best company I have worked for by a country mile. Plenty of support and plenty of benefits and a great pension scheme so helps eases the nerves of the future.
Do it. You won't regret it.
