I am a pipe welder apprentice and at the moment I am only in college learning most of the theory and the basics on welding equipment.
Yes, I have learnt many new skills including (team work, speaking to lots of new people, resiliance and time keeping)
I think the program I am on is great and on this year alone I have learnt so much about my trade that I never knew I would have to learn which is great!
Its is very well organised and set out perfectly
I receive alot of support, any time I need something If I go to my line manager she sorts it out for me.
I receive a tremendous about out support from my training providers they go to the very limits to make sure out education and knowledge is at the best it can be.
I feel like the qualifications that have been provided to me have help me recognise all the health and safety concerns and all of the equipment involved ect

Because it's a fantastic company that really takes care of there employees and makes sure they are happy when there in work.
If you are not successful the first time do not give up hope try again the next year because it's a fantastic company.
