On the job training of how to sling and bank for crane drivers in heavy lifting operations.
Thoroughly enjoy completing tasks/jobs at work as part of the heavy lifting team.
Started full time at college for 5 months well structured learning. Still not done some relevant training courses despite starting placement, believe these should have been done prior to starting, have raised this but told not high priority.
Comfortable to talk to employer about support if required.
Support excellent, always made sure work understood and provided extra support if needed. Comfortable to ask for support if needed.
Training was basic qualification into engineering environment. Not directly work/role specific but definitely useful in terms of health and safety etc.
