It is my first year in college for the apprenticeship. This involves doing a range of lessons such as CAD, Mechanical principles, maths, health and safety, electrical principles, business, communications, materials, project, canvas work and workshop.
Yes, I have furthered my education and went from a full time job to full time learning again which I really enjoy.
I love the people and really enjoy the work! It is hard work but rewarding.
I think that the course should be more organised. I think it lacks organisation and communication. Alot of planned things also seem last minute.
It just takes a long time to get any support I feel.
The tutors are fab, and help you out when you need it!
The lessons definitely help towards my qualifications and role.
I applied for the Council, however, was unlucky and didn't get on.
Yes
I personally really enjoy the course I'm on and the career I have chosen, so would 100% recommend to friends and family.
Work hard, be organised and keep on top of your work. This is an amazing opportunity and you will thoroughly enjoy it!
