I work in Governance and overlook technology deals. I work with Excel and Tableau a lot. I have various meetings each day to discuss current work.
Yes. I have learnt many new skills on Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, SharePoint, Confluence and Visio.
It is very accomodating to needs and there is a lot of work on wellbeing. This makes it very enjoyable
Given the circumstances when I joined it has been organised very well.
I receive a lot of support from colleagues and any various needs I have. Wellbeing is a key focus of Barclays.
The support from Manchester Met is good but could be better
I think for some roles it would really help but for mine specifically nothing from first year related.

They are a very inclusive company who focus of wellbeing which I have found very good. They make sure that you are happy doing what you are doing and that your job role is what you're wanting to do.
