I have a PMO role which involves creating packs, analysising data and creating presentations about them, weekly meetings with the business
Yes I have developed in areas I did not know was possible. Working towards deadlines, presenting work effectively, always improving my work
I have enjoyed my programme, people I have met, the networking behind it etc.
I do feel that Capgemini values its apprentices however sometimes on a project people can give you jobs to do which are not in your roles and responsibilites - booking a room, cutting and printing etc
At the beginning I felt a little lost joining a big organisation but year in I can see structure. I would have liked our uni degree to be more structured but Capgemini have made this wait worthwhile.
My training provider QA are fantastic. My assessor has helped me a lot and I really get on well with him!
I do receive support from my employer but sometimes could like it to be more constant.
I think my salary meets my costs however would like to get on the progression ladder soon

I would recomend Capgemini to a friend making sure they understood the roles and responsibiltes that they would have to undetake.
Make sure it is something you want to do in life and you will enjoy your time with Capgemini
