I am located amongst the SHE department in which I work alongside a small team of people to support the *zeroharm project. The project is a risk reduction process to identify what good looks like and ensure we embed this within the business to create a safer environement.
I have learnt how to navigate through RAG charts and enhanced my skills using Microsoft Excel
I'm really enjoying my time within the company and the SHE department.
With the project being new there can be hurdles we may stumble across although the team works well to adapt and overcome these issues.
I receive much support as and when needed
I receive a vast amount of support from my skills coach.
I have applied for the LHAC to give me a little stretch throughout my employment.
