Our jobs as painters here at bae is to ensure that any task that comes into our workshop goes back out in the best possible way using our prep:paint skills to help us
Since working at bae I have encounted lots of new skills and only more are to come as experience comes
I enjoy this progtamme a lot so therefor it would be a solid ten
My programme personally is well structured I can walk into the workshop knowing exactly what to do and where to find things
Our employers are always on our shoulders if we needed any extra support
More than expected
Well it gains my confidence levels up in doing so
Yes bae set up lots of different things such as football events etc

Because it is a good business everyone helps each other and when there is conflict it is always sorted
Just make sure u keep ur nose clean keep your head down and hopefully that’ll do
