Yes, over the past couple of years I went from knowing nothing about my job role to being able to do it on a daily basis.
I quite like looking at figures so I do enjoy what I do. Mace have also been very supporting throughout the programme so far.
I have regular reviews with my manager and he asks whether I need help with anything and offers advice.
Mace are very supportive towards apprentices and I have noticed this from day 1 and my colleagues are approachable. "There's no such thing as a silly question."
I personally feel that it helps in an apprenticeship to have the one day release method. Therefore, I can study on one day and then be applying the knowledge I learnt the next day.
Yes
