  • Providing fibre to new customers. fault finding or rectifying fibre issues. Talking to customers, driving to different locations and assisting other engineers.

  • How to fit fibre, splice 2 fibres, provide overhead and underground.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the physical aspect of it as it keeps me busy and on my toes, however the theory side can be a little tedious and the end user interface on some of the learning hubs is outdated and not user firendly.

  • all the support i can ask for.

  • Very well.

  • Not at present due to covid.

  • Yes

  • Great company to work for and provide relevant tools to get you started and go above and beyond any company i've ever worked for.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
  • Just apply! You will know sooner or later wether you enjoy it or not! You're almost self employed as you are out on your own and manage your work/time.
