starts as collecting what we need/ordering equipment from stalls then Installing fibre cables and the equipment used like AGG nodes CBTs, testing PONS, completing TRR packs.
Ive learn lots of new skills to do with the network, but it has also honed my team work skills and communication skills, I have become much more confident behind the wheel of a big van.
I enjoy coming to work and coming up against different problems and solving them, my apprenticeship days are good but id rather them be in person.
Its well organised occasionally there's the odd technology issue but apart from that its good.
A good amount I never fell unsupported.
I get enough support everyone is very helpful when I need it
It reinforces the things I learnt in training and has really brought my knowledge on which i think gives me an edge out in the field.
Some of the people on the team play football through the week.
