Currently, I go to college 4 days a week, and spend the fifth day working from home. I am studying different subjects including maths, and also carry out practical tasks in workshops. This is to help me learn and understand my trade more, and make me jumper adept to the role.
I have learned and improved many skills through the apprenticeship so far. These include; teamwork, practical skills, and theoretical.
I really enjoy this programme.
Everything is set out perfectly, apart from communication. This has been fairly poor in areas, as to be expected when working in a large industry.
Support is quite excellent; if you need anything, you can get it.
I receive good support from my provider.
Yes, these are all accessible through the company’s infrastructure.

It is a phenomenally secure and well paying job role, and offers a fantastic pension and opportunities to progress and enjoy your life. It is brilliant!
Give it your all and do anything you can to get their attention in a good was as it is a great job. If you don’t get in first time, please keep trying as if you keep coming back they will recognise it as determination.
