I am a team PBS and provide support to 3 managers, 2 teams. In my day-to-day role , I manage the diaries and ensure my managers day runs smoothly. I provide support where necessary (organising meetings, rescheduling meetings, filling out documents etc.).
I have built on my organisational skills and team skills, seeing as I support multiple teams.
A large extent
My programme could be better organised. BPP have been helpful but, I feel as though the programme has been a lot more confusing than needed - i.e. the apprentices are being told different things to one another.
A great amount - they are really supportive of my commitments.
A good amount
Well - I feel it has made me understand my role better and how it affects the company.
There is a lot of social activities and sporting events.
Yes
It has been a great learning experience and has a lot of opportunity for career progression.
To ensure you understand the FCA and their values. It has been a great way to understand the role and work well.
