I have to take calls from customers on a daily basis around any problems they have with their current sky account. I do my best to work out solutions to see what's best for the customer and provide the best service.
I have learned loads of new communication skills since starting the apprenticeship as well as confidence.
I really enjoy my programme as its fun, I love talking to customers.
Our Sky apprentice programme is structured very well.
I receive loads of support from Sky about any issues or problems I have during my programme, they are fantastic
