Yes - current focus is on Reflective Leadership and I've learnt a number of skills supporting my personal leadership development, along with critical writing skills
So far its been a lot of work / time but very rewarding
Considering all the challenges of running a course like this digitally its been very well organised
My employer is incredibly supportive, I have regular check ins with the People Team and my Manager is on board with the time required to complete the course
A lot of support, the training team have been brilliant in answering all questions about the course, study etc. and in teaching
It will help in every aspect of my role with knowledge, skills and behaviours
Not as yet but there are plenty of opportunities

Because its a fantastic place to work that supports its colleagues, challenges every day and is always looking at how to make things better for our customers and teams
Have an open mind - there are so many roles available in a business of this size outside of the traditional Retail roles, and a lot of them have transferable skills
