My role is of Fiber Jointer working with a team which looks after escalations and rural infrastructure. My role at present at present is to get the new PON ready for the fiber. This includes surveys for the area and Roding and roping to get site prepaired.
Yes learnt many new skills from the day i started my training which includes using new technology while working on fiber, how to prep a site for fiber, using different app and software like Geo Hub to complete my task.
I'm really enjoying this new task as its includes new challenges while working and solving them out to complete our task. Our manager and team lead help us not only in completing the task but also help in understanding it.
Its well organised structure as we are given a task from out team lead, which also helps in completing the task with a lot of guidance from my manager.
