I work frequently in different groups of people who complete different daily roles. I also work closely with other Health and Safety Advisors.
I have learnt so many new skills and also improved the existing ones I already possessed. The main three skills I have developed are time management skills, communication skills and confidence skills.
I highly enjoy my programme, I have learnt so many new things and know I will continue to develop.
Very well structured in the sense of my college course linking to my daily job role. However, I am on 6 monthly placements and would prefer to know where I am going next instead of it being last minute.

Yes, I take part frequently in social value opportunities and I am also on a Reverse Mentoring programme. I also attend coffee mornings, which are less professional and more relaxed.
