Fibre jointer - this consists of splicing and connecting up the fibre network in cities that are transferring from copper to fibre. climbing poles and going in boxs to strip and splice fibre
This is completely new to me so everything i have learnt is brand new and exciting.
So far its been a great experience and keep feeling lucky that I got given such an opportunity and career path that i can rally knuckle down and progress in
Very organised and quite large the training facilities were very impressive and made me feel welcomed and ready to learn new life skills
So much support is given be it through face to face or online and phone chat theres wellfare and wellbeing sections guides to look at and feel safe
Great support weekly calls with the team going through the apprenticeship goals and portfolio work
The training has helped me greatly and i have learnt parts that i wouldnt of known about.
yes there are sport groups and teams to join

great career to be in with future proof progression.
just go in ready to learn and enjoy your time my time so far has been great
