I build the network for your town/city & connecting the customer closer to faster/better broadband.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Being external, everything with telecoms engineering is opened up new things to learn, i had a good understanding of using every day tools but Openreach have advanced my experience.

i enjoy engaging with new people & learning new things regarding my job & about the companies policies

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured & the instructor puts across the information in a very complex way of learning.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

i feel you can get so much information from the company online & with different colleagues you meet on a day-to-day basis

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i feel i have had very good support from my instructor & that he is a phone call away from giving me the tools/information i need if struggling.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it just gives me further knowledge that i can uses in every day to day scenarios & will make me have better experience in the long run.

i haven't really looked into that yet, so i do not know.
