My role is a welder which is to weld to metals together learning different ways and techniques of doing it .
Yes I have learnt a range of new skills since starting the program and development my skills I have already had.
I enjoy the program a lot as I am learning a range of new skills on a day to day basis which allows me to push myself out of my concert zone.
At the beginning of the program I didn’t feel it was organised as well as expected but as the months have gone by this have improved immediately .
I received a lot of support from my employer as I can go and get in touch with who I need to speak to as soon as I want too .
I received a lot of support my tutor as he help with anything I need within theory and within practical.
I feel good about my qualifications so far as I feel I’m achieving or learning as much as I can when I am coming to college as my tutor is helping a lot with the things I am stuck on .
No I don’t think there is anything to get involved within personally .

Amazing opportunity to push your self out of your comfort zone and achieve things your never thought you would .
I would say make sure you know the outline of you job and basics , work hard and try to work as hard as you can .
