My role involved handling customer queries in all aspects of banking like Business banking, lending, savings etc. I also worked on the till processing transactions
Yes I definitely learnt lots of communication skills and lots of banking knowledge
I enjoyed everything that I learnt!
The programme was not very well organised as I think the training providers had too many pupils
Lots of support from my employer with regular study days
I got all the support needed but did need to be consistent in asking
It definitely gave me all the knowledge I needed for my role and more
I did some sponsored walks / charity events
