    • My role involved handling customer queries in all aspects of banking like Business banking, lending, savings etc. I also worked on the till processing transactions

    • Yes I definitely learnt lots of communication skills and lots of banking knowledge

    • I enjoyed everything that I learnt!

    • The programme was not very well organised as I think the training providers had too many pupils

    • Lots of support from my employer with regular study days

    • I got all the support needed but did need to be consistent in asking

    • It definitely gave me all the knowledge I needed for my role and more

    • It is a really good company with good values and benefits

    • Make sure you research the types of roles available as here are so many! And ask lots of questions
