  • My role involved handling customer queries in all aspects of banking like Business banking, lending, savings etc. I also worked on the till processing transactions

  • I enjoyed everything that I learnt!

  • The programme was not very well organised as I think the training providers had too many pupils

  • I got all the support needed but did need to be consistent in asking

  • Make sure you research the types of roles available as here are so many! And ask lots of questions
