Within your first year you attend college for the full year and learn practical and theory skills that can be transferred into your roles that you will carry out within the workplace.

I have developed my practical skills and problem solving skills

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the program as it gives you a wide variety of skills to learn and let’s you get the chance to work on various pieces of machinery that you may not have used before.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The college time table is set up in blocks of three with two classes every day for 5 days so you know what you’re going to be doing on the different days

A lot of support is given from my employer and is very easy to talk to revive help from

You receive all the appropriate materials that you will need to help you to support you when completing your work

Helps you gain more knowledge needed for the workplace that you are going to be employed in
