  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role as a digital marketing apprentice requires me to upload and post content to our social media channels on a daily basis. Since starting I have also worked on multiple marketing campaigns with the aim of gaining new customers and keeping current customers engaged and updated in whats going on within our organisation.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt lots of new skills and gained a lot of knowledge from my sessions with LMP, my tutor has taught me a lot of things that have benefitted me when developing marketing campaigns within my work place. Since starting my apprenticeship I have developed my editing and photography skills which will benefit me throughout my career.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I highly enjoy my programme to a great extent. My tutor makes lessons fun and interesting, explaining everything in great detail to make sure everyone understands. We regularly have one to one meetings along side session to give us the opportunity to ask questions and get any extra help we may need.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well organised. I have set dates and times in which I attend sessions for my portfolio and digital marketing sessions. This allows me to ensure I have the time to attend sessions. Our tutor has a clear time line laid out for us to see when we will sit our exams and when out synoptic project will be due.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is extremely supportive with everything I do. They support my learning giving me time to complete coursework as well as answering any questions I have about the organisation or about digital marketing which benefits me when completing my coursework and whilst making marketing materials. My employer ensures that I have completed my work and that I understand what is being asked of me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider provides me with a lot of support to help me work towards achieving my qualifications. I attend two sessions a week to discuss how I am getting along where I get taught about digital marketing to help me prepare for my exam. Throughout the lesson there are a range of activities and questions which I can complete to aid me in my revision.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification and training has helped me massively in performing well within my job role. I have learnt a lot about the digital marketing world and how to execute the perfect marketing campaign. I have learnt about different types of customers and how to target them specifically which has benefitted me throughout my apprenticeship.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Our work has a WhatsApp group chat in which my colleagues and I can talk to each other on a daily basis. This has really helped me feel more comfortable within the work environment as it allowed me to message them at any time. Apart from this I am not currently aware of any other extra-curricular activities at my workplace due to Covid-19.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • They are extremely supportive with all of your work, whether you have a question about the lesson, your portfolio or revision for your upcoming exams. They are always willing to help and are quick to reply to any emails. They provide all students with the resources that are necessary to pass their exams.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
  • I would advise others who are applying to Let Me Play Ltd to be confident and make strong connections, ask for help when you need it as all members of staff are more than willing to assist. Whilst onboarding ask for assistance with any forms you may be asked to fill in and don't worry about assessment days as Let Me Play Ltd are assessing you to see what areas they can help you develop.
