  • I really enjoyed my programme.

  • The beginning and the end of the programme have both lacked communication but the programme with capella was well organised

  • My employer is supportive and ensures that 20% off the job ect is given. However communication is poor from early careers team.

  • As much as you need. Capellla were great in offering support and help

  • The main advantage given to me was it helped me create my own brand within my team

  • I have worked from home through out covid so unable to comment

  • It has helped me find a career I otherwise wouldn't have.

  • Go for it ! The application process is quite intense but worth it
