I build, fix, repair, maintain and install IT equipment such as laptops, desktops and switches.
Yes
It was good and i learnt a lot of useful things and skills.
By QA it wasn't the best as I was out on pause for ages when it was only supposed to be one month and i had 4 different skills coaches which messed up how my Portfolio went.
A lot, I got good support and could ask for help or more time whenever i needed.
A decent amount as they where always contactable and got back to me usually within the day.
It has made me more professional and skilled in what I do.
