Handling tickets, providing customer support and assisting with any projects given to me
I learnt a lot about the microsoft stack as well as the operating systems used in business management
It was fun, I enjoyed the content and it helped me a lot through my job role
It was well organised, I had a learning course set around once a month which gave me good time to prepare for them
I received some training from my employer
I had a lot of support from my trainer, we had regular calls and went through the course thoroughly making sure I have a solid understanding of it
My qualification is near perfect for my role as it is predominantly microsoft
There are some activities outside of office hours but with covid there wasnt as many

The company still have a few areas that could be better for new employees, I honestly had a hard time at first grasping what I am meant to be doing day to day and how to do it
Be very cautious that its what you want and try to find out in as much detail the work flows in order to determine whether its the correct environment for you
