I ensure the daily operating of my Co-op store by organising my staff members to offer products, services and the needs of our local community through our organisation. I do all this in-line with our buiness goals and objectives set out by our employers.
I have learnt a lot about time management, prioritising tasks, the fundamental British values and a whole host of other useful information that will and has benefited my career.
I enjoy the conference calls and being about to share my knowledge with other like minded individuals. I also enjoy the modules provided as they have helped with areas I have lityle knowledge about.
The structure is very intuitive and has kept me on edge to complete my tasks when they are set. The structure of this programme has also changed my mindset about independent study as I want to learn about the topics involved in this apprenticeship.
My employers regularly check in with me to ensure I am making progress which does help me to push myself to do the work required.
I have been selected for further education courses like master classes and even chosen to complete my Personal Licence Exam which shows that my training providers want me to succeed.
My qualification has helped me to see the buiness in a new light as I understand how certain areas come into play on a daily basis. This allows me to understand what is required of me as well as what I will need to advance my career.
There are not currently any extra-curricular activities in my workplace but this is an area in which we could improve upon.
Yes
The values of the co-op are inspired by the fundamental British values, which is what we believe is the way all humans should act and behaviour towards one another. Which makes the co-op a fair and safe place to work as everyone agrees with this way to work
Just be honest and open, just be yourself as you submit your application as this is what the co-op is looking for. We also want you to have a desire to help others and to benefit your community through your work
