McDonald’s are not supportive of the degree students. The company don’t know what my degree entails and how this can benefit them as they don’t ask and when I’ve spoken to my management in my group they seem uninterested as it’s not benefiting them short term. I think the store managers or ops supervisors should HAVE to attend the meetings with our uni tutors
If you want the degree it’s an amazing opportunity but only expect support from the uni side of the course
