My job role involves general day-to-day office work, my company deals with Solar PV installs and Ventilation Systems. The main aspects of my job are handling and booking maintenance appointments, recording analysed reports of vehicle trackers, timesheet reports, creating toolbox talks, risk assessments and collecting monthly health and safety checks
during my time at the company, I have developed more self-confidence and gained many new skills including working with new programs and databases, undergoing new training courses, and gaining certificates from these. I have enjoyed meeting new people and being more able to conversate with others, this has been great.
I thoroughly enjoy my program, I believe it is a great way for young people to be introduced to their desired career path instead of going down the mainstream career paths which involve going to college or university this method of learning I feel is a lot more effective
the program is very well organised and all of the assessors make sure you have structured check in points but also make themselves available at the drop of an email if you need any help.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, the team takes a lot of their own time to teach me how to complete tasks and I am also given a lot of my own time to complete coursework to the best of my ability.
QA does a lot to ensure all of the apprentices receive full support when it comes to their learning, the assessors are always there if you need them and the lecturers on the work shop weeks are very thorough, helpful, and assuring.
I feel that the materials I am being provided with greatly help me succeed to the best of my ability in my job and with help prepare me for any future opportunities in the industry.
No there are not.
Yes
I would recommend this company to a friend as the people here are very supportive and friendly they make you feel welcome in any situation.
Just be yourself
