  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme as the company are supporting me and investing in me . It makes me feel valued. I am really fortunate to be able to have access to an distinguished experienced team who I can call on for support and advice, finally having a mentor is really positive as it builds your confidence when you are learning on the job and they challenge you to progress in a supportive way

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has been structured in the most efficient way possible (I think! ) I was given the most through induction plan I've ever received in a new role. I have a competency tracker, regular 1:1's. I am in a culture of receiving and seeking feedback and constantly reflecting back on what went well and what could have been better, I am also really lucky as I have a peer who is also on the same journey so we can support each other.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As detailed in my previous answer the company could not support me better as they have all the correct processes and procedures in place ( 1:1's / Peer reviews / feedback / Mentor / competency plan) at every stage I am supported and have the opportunity to raise any issues etc , I work in a open and honest culture where feedback is sought and given.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • QA have been really supportive of clearly laying out what you have to do to get to where you need to be. Again I feel really lucky to have the opportunity to build relationships with experienced project managers who are open and honest and happy to share their experiences. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] who teach our 4 day long courses always make it enjoyable, fun and rememberable especially when we have not met them in person due to C-19

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The coursework and activities that QA provide are applicable to any industry. I have had times when I cant see how that aligns to my workplace, the tutors always have a way of explaining how this fits in my work environment and in my personal life. After each unit or course I always return to work feeling that my experienced has grown and how I can align what I do to project management methodology.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At the moment we are all working remotely, The company have tried really hard to ensure engagement is there (Christmas choir / charity events that can be completed remotely) and are always communicating about what is going on across the company through our internal website and comms via email. In my team we have a catch up call every other day to maintain engagement, I joined this team whilst we have been working remotely and have build relationships with the team through the use of teams. We have regular quizzes for some fun and banter. For me personally I feel like I have not been disadvantaged of the circumstances of C-19.
