I am a a Software engineering apprentice and usually on a day to day basis I provide support to my business function by helping out with software design, testing and programming solutions to meet requirements by customers
I have learnt how to programme in Java and C#, I have learnt how to communicate with customers and stakeholders in my company and I have got experience working all sectors of the software lifecycle
I really enjoyed my programme it was an amazing learning opportunity for me to grow my skill set, I was supported throughout my apprenticeship by my skills coach from QA
I was able to get involved planning the Big Bang stem fair
Yes
Thales is an amazing company they always support you with whatever you want to achieve and always push their employees to be the best version of themselves
My advice would be to have passion for learning and be open to stepping out of your comfort zone. Working in a business such as Thales requires you to adapt to changes
