I work in a preschool, on a day to day basis I meet and great parents and provide a high level of care to children. I educate and help children develop and maintain strong bonds with both the children and their parents. This creates a good parent partnership. We also set up and pack away.
Yes, I have developed every single one of my skills. Not only have I become more professional and sure of myself. I have also learnt more and brought it into my setting to extend children's learning. My practice has improved and I understand the how and whys to everything that children do now.
I have finished my programme now but I absolutely loved it. My assessor was brilliant. She was always available to chat if I needed it. She would answer my questions and calm my nerves. I love the course as I learnt new things about my dream job. Just amazing
The organisation is brilliant. Each unit was shown in questions and I was taken through each section slowly for me to understand. I will say however that the way the questions are written is very confusing so you need that extra help. Overall the programme is structured and organised brilliantly
My employer was fantastic, she answered any questions I had and really bent over backwards to help and support me. She did regular meetings with me to ensure I was meeting my targets and to see if there was more she could to in support. My employer was fantastic
As said previously My assessor was brilliant. She was always available to chat if I needed it. She would answer my questions and calm my nerves. She was only a text, call or email away. It gave me alot of comfort knowing I could rely on her. Absolutely amazing
My training gave me the knowledge I need to succeed. After completing this I was a Given the deputy manager position at my setting because I am now so good at my job. The course really helped me understand wh yang how children do things better. Knowledge is power after all
Not really no
Yes
Because they are fantastic and supportive. They will do everything they can to help you and get you the qualifications you need. They have wonderful assessors and sections for you to complete. I would recommend aspiration to everyone and I have done already. They are brilliant and have made me a better practitioner
Enjoy it, don't over stress yourself if you need help ask for it. You won't be judged for stupid questions as there aren't such things. Take the information in and if you confused ask your assessor to go over it again and again until you get it
