I deliver an Early Years Education to children aged 2 - 4 years of age. I plan around their interest activities that will excite them. These activities need to cover all learning goals of the EYFS. I also care for the children, ensuring that they feel secure and are safe.
I have been able to gain a greater understanding as to how children learn. I have also gained knowledge of the EYFS.
The programme is very flexible. You can work at your own pace and within your own time constraints. The support from my tutor has been amazing and I have always thought I could approach her if I needed help.
The programme is very structured and well organised. You always know the expectations and what learning is required. The website provides you with all the information you need to complete the course.
Average support provided. We are a very small nursery and think if I was in a larger setting further learning opportunities would be available.
Excellent support. Tutor was always available to offer any support that was required.
By providing the learning framework, I have developed a wide range of skills that have supported me in my employment. The course covers everything that is required in an early years setting.
