I support adults with learning disabilities in supported living. Supporting with personal care, domestic chores, well-being and promoting independence.
I have learnt skills through training, like medication and emergency first aid.
I enjoy the interaction and look forward to connecting with others.
I always see how well organised it is and how well it’s presented.
My employer offers as much support as I need and I feel confident to ask for any support.
I receive continuous support to help me further to get my qualifications.
It helps me gain more knowledge to follow my contract in the policies and procedures in line with the government.
Currently due to coronavirus there are restrictions in place.
