I am currently working on the roll out of the localisation of the new Rexona website. This includes prioritising our top 10 markets, creating/ gathering content, creating QR codes for the packs leading to the website and raising POs to pay the agencies that we are currently working with.
Yes- my confidence has definitely grown and I now understand the process involved in digital.
I have really enjoyed this programme so far. I love the company culture, the teams have been really lovely and supportive. The work is interesting, enjoyable and I can see where I have made progress.
It could be organised better in terms of making it easier for our line managers to link our work to uni modules. From a Unilever perspective it is well organised but from an LSBU perspective it is very unorganised. They have adapted well to online learning but the induction and enrollment was very stressful.
I am very happy with the amount of support from my employer. I talk to my line manager daily and my other team members have made themselves available if I need them.
They do hold 1-2-1's at the end of the semester to help with coursework which is really helpful.
I think it gives us the general theory behind the action we take in our role.
Yes there was pre-covid. There are some online at the moment but they're not as effective/ enjoyable.
Yes
Great levels of support. Great experience/ environment. You will be surrounded by a group of diverse people who are very knowledgable.
Don't ever be afraid to ask questions. Use the people around you, make friends with the other apprentices.
