I am a front-end developer. On a day to day basis. I write code (css/html/javascript) to create accessible web applications. I am routinely involved in debugging and bug fixing as well as helping to run agile sprints.
Lots, for starters before barclays I couldn't write any code. Now I can write multiple languages. I am much more confident in myself as well as improving presentation skills and my knowledge of work methodologies.
It is well structured. The structure and rigour has improved throughout the course of the programme as it has matured.
