I support a group of study leaders. I organise meetings, manage calendars, process expenses, raise PO's, on board new starters and more
I have learnt so much so far. Some of the things include how to produce communications, how to raise PO's, calendar management and how to on board.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this programme because I have had so much exposure to the admin role. I have had the experience to network and meet new people and also learn
It was very well organised to the point I will be finishing my qualification earlier than expected.
I receive lots of support from my employer which has been crucial through working from home. We stay connected and I am able to ask for help when needed.
They make time for me despite their busy schedule when I need the extra help. I have been given plenty of resources in order to do well.
It has helped me to understand more about the role and why things have to be done in certain ways in order to be successful.
YES...lots. Within the first two weeks I was on a cross functional admin group. Since then I have been a part of three groups, been involved in site wide projects and global ones too.
