Operating routes, picking up and dropping off customers to there desired location. Driving a bus in a safe and professional manner. Checking the bus with a first use check to make sure it is safe to be used on the road.
How to drive a bus. My customer relations skills have been developed further throughout this apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship was very enjoyable it gave me loads of information in being able to do the job at hand with confidence.
Very well structured from the beginning to end we knew where we was what was required and what we needed to deliver.
We was released on all the dates required to attend courses. Any questions our trainer was an ex employee so had so much information of the business and how it operated.
Lots always there to help and if I was struggling with anything Mark would help. I can not say enough good things about my trainner.
The qualification has made me understand what is required of me help me deliver a better standard of service as I have lots more information to provide. Also has given me the confidence to do the job with pride and passion.
Yes I believe they have a football competition through the depots also with in gloucester we have a pool table and some colleagues set up a competition.

The training is very good. The job is rewarding.
Don't worry about learning all the routes they come to you. If you enjoy meeting new people then you most definitely do that. The job is as easy or hard as you make it.
