My main role is to answer the phones, provide administrative support to the others in the office

It is very well structured and the support from the training provider is fantastic
I get as much support as possible from the team around me
The support from Aspiration training is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is to much for them
I have been learning lots of new skills and theories from my job
Although my job is entirely office based, I am able to go on care calls to allow me to learn new experiences and this in turn allows me to understand the job from the practical side too.
