I work for the design team and am currently on placement better understanding how the systems function. This involves performing maintenance on these systems to ensure they function as required
I’ve learnt a lot about the systems and how they function, this has developed existing skills.
I am challenged on a daily basis and find this very rewarding.
At times the organisation could be improved but in fairness Covid has impacted how the scheme is run. This is due to people working from home etc
The people responsible for my well being have been very supportive and have helped during a challenging period of my life.
The tutors will regularly provide out of hours support and are very helpful.
The qualification is essential for progressing in my chosen field so will be vital for advancement both within the company and externally.
