When I started the qualification I was Head of Operations manging a team of approx 50 people handling Emergency Medical Assistance and Claims on Travel Insurance Policies and Health claims on IPMI products. At the time of finishing the qualification I had moved to the Head of Training.
Both - but the biggest learning curve has been more about Project Management
I found the programme interesting and challenging in equal measure.
It was very well structured and organised. The support from Aspiration Training was amazing particularly when we had to adapt the experience due to Covid.
As i was the programme initiator for our organisation it was easy as being a learner myself I could explain to other Leaders what the commitment and undertaking from their staff was and what time & support they would need.
As much as needed. All the facilitators have been great in meeting the individual needs of learners. Some of my staff needed additional help and support and the frequency of their catch ups with their provider was adjusted accordingly.
I think it reinforces some of the skills I already have but has also provided me with additional new skills that I can utilise going forward.
AT the moment activities are curtailed. However we have managed som einteracton through Zoom for team quizzes and catch ups. Outside of pandemic time sthere would be regular social activities as wella s networking events.
Yes
Incredibly supportive, looking at ways to develop existing skills as well as learn new skills.
Be committed to providing excellent service. Be realistic about what you want.
